I went to photograph the apartment building Jon Gosselin is now renting in New York City and found a couple of paps waiting for him outside. As we stood around talking, Jon Gosselin came out the front door, smoked a cigarette, and then walked down the block to a local bodega and bought a vitamin water. Perez got on his case and used the photo to suggest Jon is cutting endorsement deals left and right to cash in on his newfound celebrity fame.
